Getting started with ZoriCRM

This is a short setup flow that helps you get a working process quickly:
client → deal → document → share with the client.

Quick start (10–15 minutes)

1) Create a company

Sign up and create your first company. After it’s created, you will be taken directly into the company workspace.


2) Add your first client

Create a client (a person or a company) and fill in the minimum: name and a contact (phone or email).


3) Create a deal

Create a deal and link it to the client. That’s enough to start working in the CRM.


4) Generate a document from the deal

Open the **“Documents”** section inside the deal, choose a template, and generate the document.


After that, you can:
- download the document and send it to the client
- publish the document via a link for viewing

If multiple people work in the company

When you add employees, set up the basics:


Roles and permissions

Review roles and access permissions. Roles are assigned to employees in the «Employees».


Employee teams

If you need to group employees and manage access by teams, use the “Manage teams”> button in the “Employees” section.


Telegram notifications

You can connect a Telegram account and choose which notification types should be delivered to Telegram, so you don’t miss important events.
